Job Responsibilities:
1. Contact and arrange customer shipments according to the customer authorization letter provided by sales/customer service
2. Arrange the booking according to the requirements of the ship card
3. Arrange the customer to make a customs declaration plan and notify the fleet and customs broker
4. Document production: bill of lading / AMS.ACI sending / ISF sending
5. Making and sending expense bills
6. After confirming the payment, issue a delivery bill of lading to the customer
7. Maintain timely operation information communication with customers/sales/business windows
8. Complete the operation according to the system requirements and specifications
9. Communicate with the superior in a timely manner about the problems encountered in the operation so that the superior can implement the countermeasures
10. Complete other related work assigned by the superior
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, CET-4;
2. With more than 2 years of working experience in the US-Canada line or the European-district line, familiar with various forms of export operation procedures, including designated goods/self-collecting goods, able to complete the operation independently, one ticket to the end, and able to deal with emergencies in a timely and rapid manner;
3. Positive working attitude, good conduct, careful and conscientious, clear organization, strong sense of responsibility, certain ability to withstand pressure and strong communication and coordination ability, and have a good sense of customer maintenance, high work stability, good at learning new things, and is willing to develop together with the company.
